Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and managemy.buzz (“we”). By creating an account or using managemy.buzz you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
The service
managemy.buzz helps artists, managers, agents and labels pitch music and keep track of the people they work with: contacts, outreach from your own email, press kits, private listening links, reminders and broadcasts. Features change as we improve the product.
Your account and your team
- Give accurate details, keep your login safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- If you invite people to your team, you are responsible for what they do in your account, and you decide what they can access.
- You must be at least 16, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Your connected mailbox
When you connect Gmail, Outlook or another mailbox, you authorise us to read, send and organise email and add calendar events on that account, only to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. Emails are sent from your own address, by you or with your approval. You can disconnect at any time.
Sending email responsibly
You are responsible for the emails you send through managemy.buzz. You agree:
- to follow the law on electronic marketing and data protection that applies to you, including in the UK the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and UK GDPR;
- not to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages to people with no reason to hear from you, or anything misleading, abusive or unlawful;
- to stop contacting anyone who asks you to;
- to follow the rules of your email provider, such as Google’s and Microsoft’s sending limits.
We may pause sending, or your account, if we see behaviour that puts recipients, your mailbox or our service at risk.
Your content
Your music, artwork, contacts and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run the service for you, including showing your press kits and listening pages to the people you share them with. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and share.
Things you must not do
- Upload or share content you don’t have the rights to.
- Try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around limits we set.
- Break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
- Use it for anything unlawful.
Other services
Some features rely on other companies, such as Google, Microsoft, Nylas, Spotify and Songstats. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them being unavailable.
Paid plans
If you choose a paid plan, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time; it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep managemy.buzz running and your data safe, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or error free. Keep your own copies of anything important; you can export your contacts at any time.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost opportunities or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute.
